Reservation confirmed after receiving 20% of non-refundable advance payment - bank provision on your account. Our bank account is provided via e-mail after confirming the precise dates of guest’s arrival and departure.

Special discounts can be offered for the stay longer than a month, especially in the low season, November to April.
